Welcome to XcelAnalytRazv. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, enrollment in our Academy courses, and engagement of our Enterprise Services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
XcelAnalytRazv is a Hyderabad-based data consultancy and Academy, operating under [sole proprietorship]. We provide two distinct services: Academy courses in data analytics tools, and Enterprise Services for businesses, centred on our Enterprise Data Automation Framework (EDAF).
2. Academy Courses
2.1 Enrollment. Enrolling in a course confirms your agreement to attend, pay applicable fees, and follow course conduct expectations.
2.2 Fees & Payment. Course fees are payable at the time of enrollment via UPI, as stated on the relevant course page.
2.3 No Refund Policy. All course fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, regardless of attendance. We encourage you to review course content and schedule carefully before enrolling, and to contact us with any questions beforehand.
2.4 Recordings & Access. Live session recordings are provided for enrolled students' personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside the course.
2.5 Conduct. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course for disruptive or abusive behaviour, without refund.
3. Enterprise Services
3.1 Scope of Engagement. Enterprise Services (including EDAF implementation and ongoing retainer support) are provided under a separate, individually negotiated Statement of Work ("SOW") or service agreement specific to each client. These website Terms describe our general approach; where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW governs.
3.2 Payment Structure. Enterprise Services engagements typically require a deposit or partial payment upfront before work begins, with the remaining balance and/or monthly retainer billed as specified in your SOW.
3.3 Free Audit & Starter Dashboard. Any free offerings (such as a data audit or starter dashboard) described on our website are provided at our discretion, are non-binding until a formal engagement begins, and do not obligate either party to proceed further.
3.4 Client Responsibilities. You are responsible for providing accurate data, timely access to relevant systems (where applicable), and timely feedback during the engagement. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
3.5 Deliverable Ownership. Upon full payment as specified in your SOW, all scripts, schemas, dashboards, and documentation built specifically for your engagement become your property. This does not extend to our general methodology, frameworks, or any pre-existing tools and templates we use across engagements.
3.6 No Guarantee of Specific Business Outcomes. While we build infrastructure intended to improve data visibility and decision-making, we do not guarantee specific business results (such as revenue increases or cost savings), as these depend on factors outside our control.
4. Website Use
4.1 Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access, scraping content, or disrupting normal operation.
4.2 Intellectual Property. All website content — including text, graphics, the EDAF framework name and materials, and course content — is owned by XcelAnalytRazv and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
4.3 Third-Party Links. Our website may link to third-party tools or platforms (such as Google Calendar for bookings). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, XcelAnalytRazv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, Academy courses, or Enterprise Services, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction over any disputes.
