XcelAnalytRazv ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website, enrolls in our Academy courses, or engages our Enterprise Services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it — both as a website operator and as a data consultancy that may process business data on behalf of our clients.

1. Information We Collect

From website visitors and Academy students:

• Name, email address, and phone number (via contact forms, course enrollment, or consultation bookings)

• Consultation scheduling details (date and time) when you book a consultation with us

From Enterprise Services clients:

• Business data shared with us for the purpose of building your data pipeline — which may include sales records, inventory data, financial figures, or operational data exported from your systems or accessed directly, depending on the scope agreed in your engagement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and deliver Academy course content

• Process course enrollments, EDAF implementation fees, and monthly retainer payments

• Send automated confirmation and acknowledgment emails

• Schedule and manage consultation bookings

• Scope, build, and maintain Enterprise Services engagements (EDAF pipelines, dashboards, and related deliverables)

• Improve our website and services

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Payments

We collect payment for two types of services:

• Academy course fees — one-time payment at enrollment, collected via UPI

• Enterprise Services — a one-time implementation fee for EDAF deployment, and an optional recurring monthly retainer for ongoing support and maintenance, collected via UPI or other mutually agreed payment method

We do not store your UPI ID, card details, bank account information, or any payment credentials on our systems — these transactions are handled directly between you and your bank or payment provider. We retain only confirmation that a payment was received, for our own accounting and record-keeping purposes.

4. Client Business Data — Enterprise Services

When you engage us for Enterprise Services, any business data you share or grant us access to (via export, direct system connection, or otherwise) is used solely for the purpose of delivering your engagement — building, testing, and handing over your data pipeline. We do not use client business data for any other purpose, including marketing, training, or sharing with other clients.

At the end of an engagement, access credentials and any data shared for testing purposes are handled as agreed in your specific service agreement.

5. Data Sharing & Service Providers

We use Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform to operate our business, including scheduling, email communication, and the infrastructure behind Enterprise Services engagements. As a result, data we collect may be processed through Google's infrastructure, which maintains its own industry-standard security and privacy practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction or erasure of your data

• Withdraw consent at any time

We use industry-standard security measures, including those provided natively by Google Cloud Platform, to protect personal and business data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
