Enterprise Services
1. How much does an EDAF implementation cost?
Pricing depends on the complexity of your data — how many sources you have, how many teams are involved, and how advanced your reporting needs are. Most engagements fall into one of three tiers, starting from roughly ₹40,000 for straightforward, single-source setups, up to ₹1,60,000+ for complex, multi-system pipelines. We always start with a free audit so you get a fixed quote before committing to anything.
2. Is the implementation fee a one-time cost, or is there a recurring charge too?
Both exist, and they're separate. The implementation fee is a one-time cost to build your pipeline. After that, an optional monthly retainer covers ongoing support, maintenance, and changes — new dashboard views, new data sources, pipeline updates — so your system keeps evolving as your business does.
3. Do you only work with businesses on spreadsheets, or also ones using an ERP/CRM?
Both. If you're currently on manual spreadsheets, we build structured intake through Google Forms and Sheets. If you're already running on an ERP, CRM, or operational database, we connect directly to those systems instead — removing manual entry from the pipeline entirely. Either way, the destination is the same: BigQuery and a live Looker Studio dashboard.
4. Why Google Cloud instead of Power BI, AWS, or a custom-built system?
Most Indian SMEs already run on Google Workspace, so there's no new software to buy or learn. BigQuery's free tier covers most small businesses at zero added cost, and Looker Studio is free and connects natively — no licensing fees like Power BI Premium. We're not saying Google Cloud is the only right answer for every business; it's the right answer for a bootstrapped business that wants enterprise-grade infrastructure without an enterprise budget.
5. Who owns the system once it's built?
You do — completely. Every script, schema, and dashboard belongs to you at handover, with full documentation so your own team can maintain and extend it. There's no dependency on us to keep it running, and no proprietary lock-in.
6. Can't I just use ChatGPT or another AI tool to analyse my spreadsheets instead?
AI tools are good at answering questions about data — but only if that data is already clean and connected. If your sales, inventory, and finance numbers live in three different spreadsheets, an AI tool will give you three different (and sometimes contradictory) answers. EDAF builds the infrastructure that makes your data trustworthy in the first place. Once that's in place, AI tools become more useful, not less.
7. How long does an implementation take?
Most engagements run 29–37 business days, across five phases: audit, staging, warehouse setup, dashboard design, and handover with training. You'll know the schedule upfront once we've scoped your specific complexity tier.
8. Is my business data secure during the engagement?
Yes. We maintain a strict separation between client engagements and our Academy training programs — your data and business logic are never used in a training context. All infrastructure runs on Google Cloud's enterprise-grade security, and you retain full ownership and access at every stage.
9. What if I'm not sure which tier or pricing applies to my business?
That's exactly what the free audit is for. We assess your number of data sources, team structure, and reporting needs, then give you a written recommendation and fixed quote — before you commit to anything.
Academy Courses
1. What is the duration of each course?
Each course typically spans 4 to 6 weeks. Some programs run on regular weekdays; others are weekend-only batches. A standard session is 2 hours, though weekend classes may run longer to cover the full curriculum within that window.
2. Are the classes live?
Yes — all courses are conducted through live, interactive sessions, so you can ask questions and participate in real time.
3. Do I need prior experience to join?
No. We offer courses for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Some courses assume basic familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, but we cover any prerequisites within the course itself.
4. What happens if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded, so you can catch up at your own pace. You can also reach out to instructors directly with any questions from a missed class.
